We recently hired Chris at Custom Closet Solutions (CCS) to do a custom closet installation in our master bedroom. We started by contacting three local companies in London and area. After we reviewed all the quotes and two of those companies completed in-home consultations, it was an easy choice to go with Chris at CCS. Chris took the time to explain his products, and the installation process from start to finish. He was very patient as we took our time to decide finishes and hardware. Chris was willing to review our design multiple times until we felt really good with our choices. We experienced some delays due to Covid (which was outside of Chris’s control) and we received frequent check ins which was reassuring. Any time Chris entered our home, he followed Covid safety protocols and we felt safe and well taken care of every step of the day. I believe we got the best value with our finished product going with Chris and Custom Closet Solutions! We also loved that most of the materials used in the installation of our new closet were sourced and made in Canada.
